Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lopid 300mg Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.
How Lopid Capsule works
Lopid 300mg Capsule is a lipid-lowering medication. It works by lowering the levels of triglycerides and "bad" cholesterol (LDL) while raising the levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL).

Medication of choice for lowering triglyceride levels in the blood. Can reduce triglycerides by up to 50%. Regular exercise and low-fat diet further help to lower levels of fat in the blood. Take Lopid half an hour before meals. Notify your doctor if you are more tired than usual, do not feel hungry, or if you have yellow eyes, skin or dark urine. Do not discontinue Lopid without consulting your doctor even if you feel better. Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).
